Dear Parent/Carer,
The church service at St Cuthbert’s will be taking place on Friday 5th April at 1.30pm. Following the service the children will return to school.
You will appreciate that capacity within the church building is often stretched, with our growing number of children and the great attendance by parents and carers who offer amazing support. Children will need to be seated at the front as well as at the side and rear of the church during the service. For safety reasons we would we ask at the end of the service that the pupils and students are allowed to leave the church first.
After the service you are welcome to come along to the Oakwood Building for light refreshments. You are then able to take your child home if you so wish, by coming over to the main school building reception to sign them out and a member of staff will bring your child to you. Please note due to limited space in the Oakwood Building we request that the children are not taken into this area with parents.
School will close at 3.10pm on Friday 5th April for two weeks and will reopen Tuesday 23rd April.
