This is a Stage 3 activity for you to try at home too – Ice Cream Splat. Before you do the activity with your child (and the rest of the family) gather up something to splat with – i.e. spatula, wooden spoon, fly swatter, cut out or draw some ice cream cone shapes, and find something to make the ice cream to be splatted – i.e. shaving foam, squirty cream, sand, flour. Watch the Stage 1 and 2 video and then watch the Stage 3 video. After Holly has had her turn I have invited your child to have a go by saying ‘your turn’. Pause the video then and do the activity with them, then resume watching it to see the session finish. Let me know how you all get on.
