Career Event at Middlesbrough FC
Students from FE and Ryedale class spent the morning at the Riverside Stadium. They attending a careers event to encourage students to think about working for the football club once they have left school or college. After a short presentation and refreshments they were given an exclusive tour of the stadium from the players changing rooms to the chairman’s boardroom. The staff a Middlesbrough FC were fantastic and welcoming. Staff and students thought it was a brilliant event and came away with a better understanding of how many people it takes to run a football club.
