• Coast to Coast Cycle Ride

  A big well done to Colin Jones for completing this gruelling 167 mile long trek along with nine other riders. They cycled from Whitehaven on the west coast of England, through the stunning Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, before finishing in the city  of Sunderland on the north east coast. Colin and the team were raising money to help furbish our new Post 16 build. If you would like to support the school through sponsorship please contact the Head Teacher, Karen Robson on 01642 483009. • Ground Breaking Event

  We are delighted that work has now started on the two storey building to house the post 16 students. This will replace the portacabins wich we have at the moment. A ground breaking ceremoney took place on the 10 May to celbrate the start of work. This was performed by the the Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland Councillor Denise Bunn, ably assisted by Matthew and Megan

   

  All the students enjoyed the appearance of two very special guests, Namely Roary the mascot of Middlesbrough Football Club and Kieran, the mascot of Kier the main contractors .
