• NUT Industrial Action Wednesday 26 March 2014

  I have completed a risk assessment and I can assure you that no compromises will be made during the day as far as the pupils are concerned.  I confirm the school will be open as usual on Wednesday.  Transport has been informed.

• Netball Tournament 20 March 2014

  This Thursday, 20 March, Chris Homer has arranged to take a group of students to Prior Pursglove College to participate in a Netball Tournament.

  The event will run all day and we will return to school in time for the normal school transport.

  The group will have a packed lunch which will be organised by our school.

  P.E. kit is required as well as a drink in a plastic bottle please, not glass.

  

• Sport Relief 2014

  As you are aware Sport Relief 2014 is about to take place again. As a reminder, our students will be taking part in a “duathlon” which is a swim and a run. If you are able to get sponsership for this event that would be great, but if not you can send in £1 on friday 21 March. This is the day we are going to complete the 1 mile run around our school field. The swim has been completed during normal swimming lesson time.
