  • Duke of Edinburgh

Mon 14 Nov 2016 Kevin Robson

A big well done to the (Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award) Expedition Team. The group of 7 students managed to walk a hard 8k. They had to  cook their own meals and sleep in a barn all on a very cold winters night. They all survived (very hardy students) smiling but very tired. Well done

Also a brilliant big well done to the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award students. This small cohort of amazing students (who have all just left school this summer) will be traveling down to London and presented with their prestigious gold awards by HRH Prince Phillip.

t’s that time of year again when Pudsey and the team take over our TV sets for the entire evening and raise millions of pounds for some fantastic causes. We in turn are helping him with fund raising by selling cakes and a small donation from our young people dressing up and wearing spots on Friday . Looking forward to seeing all the spotty, dotty creations on Friday
