In the Summer Term school submitted two entries to the annual Sembcorp Community calendar competition. The theme this year was ‘Things That Make me Happy’ The entries chosen to represent Kirkleatham Hal School were Matthew and Leo
On Thursday 13th December two representatives from Lotte Chemicals and Huntsman came into school to announce if Matthew or Leo had been chosen to be included in the calendar.
It was very exciting when it was announced that both Matthew and Leo were to be included in the calendar. Matthew will be the month of March and Leo will be June.
I was very proud of our fantastic entries especially when both boys were winners!
They were both presented with a certificate, digital photograph frame and a voucher to spend in Smyths the toy shop.
Well done to our fantastic artists.
